The rumor is that Scooter Joe’s is located in a former scooter shop. And what’s almost as good as a scooter shop? That’s right. A caffeine dealer or (IMHO) a bar. Scooter Joe’s has coffee cups and t-shirts and coffee of course available with their logo but you will have to call or e-mail them as there aren’t any photos of said merchandise up on their site yet:

I don’t need Bird Flu as an excuse to ride my Vespa and I disliked Pinot long before “Sideways.” But this bizarre card might find the perfect audience among us scooter freaks. The last chance according to Metropark which was kind enough to send me an e-mail about it. It’s $198 plus shipping and only features one scooter, but it really is super mega rad. Here’s what Metropark has to say about the bag:

This is the mothership of all scooter swag books. Cassie posted about it quite awhile ago. I contemplated buying it but it costs 50 Euros and with shipping from Europe it’s around $100 USD. But a friend in Eugene has it and I have seen the light after actually holding it in my hands. I just ordered it today. It’s a big gorgeous coffee table bible orgasmotron of a book. Totally worth every penny. Here’s what the author has to say:
